I work with vulnerable groups and individuals who wouldn't normally access the arts to deliver community projects with a focus on using the arts to aid recovery from poor mental health, create communities, reduce isolation and build resilience.

I always create work which centres around the stories of the participants and which provides them with a platform to share their stories and make their voices heard.

My work involves drama, movement and aerial dance.
